CLOSER was my first solo exhibition as part of my residency at ACAVA Spode in 2025.

The exhibition was taking place at ACAVA Spode in Stoke-on-Trent during 8-14 May, with a private viewing on 8 May.

I was showcasing a variety of works including finished and unfinished drawings, handmade crafts, prints, ceramics, and a preview of my BFI Network funded animated film ‘Statue in The Garden’.

I would like to express my appreciation to Three Counties Exhibition at Arts Keele and ACAVA Spode for making this happen! Photos taken by Dan Southward and me.

🛖 <The Delightful Unnamed> 🥥

I had a pleasure to host my debut solo exhibition in London at POCKO Gallery in 2025.

Through illustration prints, original drawings, animations and ceramic sculptures, this exhibition explores the joy and tension of encountering what is unfamiliar, yet somehow resonant. Following on from my previous exhibition Closer, which was shown at ACAVA Spode earlier this year, this new body of work was representing a more refined and expanded exploration of similar themes. The artwork invited viewers into a whimsical and surreal world shaped by curiosity, experiments and the quiet strangeness of the in-between.

At the opening night, I also have invited dear friend and guest DJ Watermelon Gal to perform at the gallery.

I directed and animated a 15 seconds animation for Coldplay's new track JUPiTER on 'A Film For The Future'. It is also the Spotify canvas for the song.
